Revolution Kites have done it again with the newest innovation the B-Series Xtra vent! More vents, less resistance and reinforced where it can stretch and blow out.  Using a 3 wrap frame the Xtra vent easiliy handles wind 18mph and up. They tested it in 35mph gusts with no problem.
