.Refund Policy for Great Canadian Kite Company

Products purchased from Great Canadian Kite Company may be exchanged or returned for a refund in new and unused condition within 15 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment. Sorry, shipping charges are non refundable.

16 to 30 days after the shipping date products purchased from Great Canadian Kite Company may be returned in new and unused condition for an In Store Credit.  Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note: This does not apply to Sale or Clearance items.  Sale / Clearance Items: all sales are final.

If by chance we send you the wrong product:

  • Notify us by email immediately.

  • Return it in original condition and packaging, and we will send you the correct product upon receipt of returned product. Yes, we will pay the shipping.

  • If we can’t make it right, we’ll refund your money.

If arrives damaged:

  • Notify us by email immediately.

  • We will contact you with instructions.

  • If we can’t make it right, we’ll refund your money

All products for which you are requesting a return must be in their original condition, including all accessories, the original packaging, manuals, etc. The Great Canadian Kite Company reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds that are returned to us used, not in their original condition. As a courtesy, please send us an email to let us know it's coming.

All returns must be shipped to us prepaid. We recommend that you properly insure your package and ship it via a traceable method and hold onto these items until the return process is complete.

We cannot be responsible for any damage to kites as a result of you flying, landing or crashing the kite. Please be sure to read and follow set up instructions. We do offer repair service – parts, shipping and repair time are the responsibility of the purchaser.
