Bulk Braided Kite Line

Very good prompt communication and more importantly .. working with an out of province customer to make it happen.
Very easy to say "No - we don't" instead ; I got an extra measure of effort plus good advice on lines/knots and last not least a very good product.
100 lbs/1000 Ft I mounted on a 10" alloy winder with steel line guide. Zero issues with jumbles/kinking/tangles. Very good quality - you will see/feel the difference when comparing to masons line/dollar store/W-mart Kites that come with their own line.
I was going to end the review here but read the previous one and thought to suggest the following.

For ease of use:
1> Place roll/tube so it's end is pointing at you. (Imagine someone pointing at you with this roll on their finger) I used a wooden dowel - stuck it between the couch cushions, placed this roll on it & tilted it toward me at a shallow angle.
This enables the line to uncoil naturally in the opposite direction from the factory mounting (seems counter intuitive but it works).
2> Take a heavy book and run the line through the pages.
3> Take the tag end fasten to your preferred reel/winder etc. and go to town.
*Book provides LIGHT tension on the line.

Bought the 150lb/500ft line for a big kite that I haven't flown yet (wind conditions not good), but the line feels strong. The line kinks a bit at the top and bottom of the spool; the pull of a flying kite should get all the kinks out. If you are planning to wind the whole of it on a donut hoop, use the 8" or 10" sizes. Be careful when transferring line to the hoop, I ended up with lots of tangles. The resulting hoop is very heavy, I will probably end up splitting it on two or more hoops (100-250ft each).

Bought the bulk line to add to 2 - 8" Yo-Yo's / 250ft. on each one, as large Kites ( Trilobite 16sm Foil Kite are best displayed at a Maximum of 250ft. for safety & viewing pleasure. Thanks for the great service and advice whenever questions arise. :^{D The World Needs More Kites! :-)
