Returns or Exchanges
Delivered Broken or Wrong item? We want to make it Right!
If the product arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 15 days of shipping date. We do our best to rectify the issue in a timely manner. This means we will replace it or provide a full refund. If we send you the wrong kite or the kite arrives broken, we will cover the cost of return shipping to us and any promotional shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return. If refund is approved, then refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days of returned product being received.
Changed your mind?
Regularly priced and stocked Products purchased from Great Canadian Kite Company may be exchanged or returned for a refund in new and unused condition within 15 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment. Sorry, shipping charges are non refundable.
16 to 30 days after the shipping date products purchased from Great Canadian Kite Company may be returned in new and unused condition for an In Store Credit. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

We strongly suggest using a trackable & insured shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale and Special Order items cannot be returned for exchange or refund. These include:
- Sale items
- special order / special quantity items
- cut framing
- Gift Cards
Please note: the manufacturers do not warranty their products for damage from crashes, errors in assembly, misuse, flying outside of the recommended wind range for the kite, normal wear, or line failure resulting from wear or improper attaching to the kite.
