Returns or Exchanges
Products purchased from Great Canadian Kite Company may be exchanged or returned for a refund in new and unused condition within 15 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment.

16 to 30 days after the shipping date products purchased from Great Canadian Kite Company may be returned in new and unused condition for an In Store Credit. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Specifically Gift Cards, DVD’s.
Broken or Wrong item? We want to make it Right!
If the product arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 15 days of shipping date. We do our best to stand behind our products and will work with you to do our best to rectify the issue in a timely manner. This means we will replace it or provide a full refund. If we send you the wrong kite or the kite arrives broken, we will cover the cost of return shipping to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refund is approved, then refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days if returned before 15 business days of original shipping, as stated above. After 15 days to 30 days you will be issued an in store credit, as stated above,
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange your purchase for the another item in our store, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 4517 Harvest Green Taber Alberta CA T1G 1A1.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
Shipping your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
